About SiteReady IT Logistics

SiteReady IT Logistics is a focused healthcare IT logistics service for Tampa Bay and Central Florida. We exist because one job keeps falling through the cracks on healthcare projects. Someone needs to own it.

Why SiteReady IT Exists

The ownership gap between procurement, construction, IT, and go-live

Watch a typical healthcare project and you see the same pattern. The buying team places the equipment orders. Vendors and carriers ship. Construction builds the space. Facilities and operations get the clinic ready. IT sets up the systems. That is five responsible groups. Not one of them is hired to own the equipment handoff between shipment and the day the site is ready.

So the equipment improvises. It arrives early and gets stacked in unfinished rooms. Whoever needs the space moves it. Whoever is curious opens it. Whoever is unlucky damages it. Superintendents sign for boxes that are not their job. IT staff spend setup days hunting for inventory. And when something is missing the week of go-live (opening day), everyone finds the gap at the worst possible time.

SiteReady IT was built to own that gap, fully and narrowly. Receiving, records, custody (a written record of who has your equipment at every step), storage, prep, scheduled delivery, light placement, and closeout (final paperwork and sign-off). Nothing more, and nothing less.

Healthcare Project Awareness

Built around how healthcare projects actually run

This is not generic logistics aimed at a healthcare audience. SiteReady IT was founded by Garrett Morr. He has managed healthcare IT projects through clinic openings, closures, renovations, and relocations. That work meant lining up construction schedules, facilities, IT teams, vendors, equipment, and go-live needs.

Construction timing

We plan around inspection schedules, certificate-of-occupancy limits, and turnover dates. Those milestones decide when equipment can actually arrive.

Vendor realities

Orders from many vendors, uneven ship times, and carrier quirks are planned for from day one, not found out as surprises.

Go-live requirements

The end goal is always the same: a clinic that opens on time, with equipment in place, IT setup unblocked, and staff focused on patients.

Operating Principles

Practical principles, applied on every project

Clear custody

Every item we accept is tied to a known customer, project, location, and status. Unknown equipment is never mixed into active project inventory.

Controlled timing

We deliver equipment when your project is ready, not just when a vendor ships it. We confirm the site is ready before every trip.

Documented condition

We photograph receiving problems and visible damage, then report them right away, while there is still time to act.

Limited technical scope

We handle physical logistics only. We never take on software, login, network, rack, or cabling work. That boundary is a feature, not a flaw.

What Makes the Service Different

Not a mover. Not an installer. Not a warehouse.

General movers move boxes. But they do not log condition, keep project custody records, sort equipment into room kits, or schedule around inspections. Big third-party warehouses handle volume. But they are not built for the detail a single clinic opening demands. IT installers set up systems. But receiving and storing equipment for weeks was never their job.

SiteReady IT sits in the middle on purpose. We are a focused logistics service with careful project records, healthcare schedule awareness, and a strict scope line. Construction teams, IT teams, and operators can all plug in without overlap or confusion.

  • Project records a mover does not provide
  • Clinic-level detail a bulk warehouse does not offer
  • A scope boundary that keeps every team's role clean

Who You Work With

Garrett Morr, Founder

SiteReady IT Logistics is led by Garrett Morr. His background is healthcare IT project management. He has planned and run clinic openings, closures, renovations, and relocations. That work meant lining up construction schedules, facilities teams, IT teams, vendors, equipment, and go-live dates.

That experience shaped the service. Garrett has seen firsthand where equipment ownership falls through the cracks on healthcare projects. He built SiteReady IT to own exactly that gap, with the careful records and schedule awareness those projects need. When you book a Go-Live Logistics Check, you talk directly with Garrett.
