IT Equipment Receiving, Storage, Staging, and Delivery
Everything we do covers the physical side of your IT equipment. From the first vendor shipment to the final sign-off, your equipment is tracked, protected, organized, and delivered on a schedule you control.
The $150 go-live logistics check fee is waived when your project is confirmed. No pressure either way.
What does SiteReadyIT Logistics do?
SiteReadyIT Logistics receives the IT equipment you bought for your healthcare project, counts and inspects it, stores it in a secure climate-controlled space, sorts it into labeled bundles by room or department, and delivers everything on a scheduled date before your clinic opens. Instead of random deliveries landing on your jobsite, you get one organized handoff with a written record behind it.
Receiving and acceptance
Authorized receiving with counts and condition checks at arrival.
Inventory and photo logging
Item records, serial capture when required, and photo documentation when included.
Storage and staging
Secure climate-controlled storage, separated by customer and project.
Room and workstation kitting
Equipment grouped, labeled, and wrapped against your room plan.
Final-mile delivery and placement
One consolidated, scheduled delivery with light physical placement.
Closeout documentation
Sign-off, placement confirmation, and a clean project record.
Receiving and acceptance
Receiving starts before the truck arrives. We confirm what is shipping, from which vendor, through which carrier, and how much to expect. No shipment is ever a surprise.
When packages arrive, we count them and record the date. If anything looks damaged or is missing, we flag it and tell you the same day, while there is still time to file a claim with the shipper. Equipment we cannot identify is never mixed in with your project.
- Receiving authorization confirmed before shipment
- Package counts and arrival dates recorded
- Damage and shortage exceptions flagged at the door
Inventory and photo logging
Every item we accept gets a record: what it is, how many, which project it belongs to, what condition it is in, and where it is stored. We can also record serial numbers or asset tags if your team needs them.
When photo logging is part of your package, we photograph equipment when it arrives and when it is sorted. If a question comes up months later about what arrived and in what shape, the answer exists in writing and in pictures.
- Item type, quantity, project, and location recorded
- Serial and asset identifiers captured when in scope
- Photo documentation of equipment and exceptions when included
Short-term storage and staging
Your equipment waits in a secure, climate-controlled space, not in an unfinished exam room. Each project gets its own zone, kept apart from other customers, with limited access and clear labels.
Storage is short-term by design and matched to your project window. If construction runs long or an inspection pushes your dates, storage simply extends through a clear written process. No scrambling, no improvising.
- Climate-controlled and access-restricted
- Separated by customer and project
- Labels readable without opening boxes
Room and workstation kitting
Kitting means sorting your equipment into ready-to-go bundles before delivery. Working from your approved room plan, we group equipment by clinic, room, desk, department, site, or phase, double-check the counts, then label and wrap each bundle.
Your IT team opens the Exam Room 3 bundle in Exam Room 3. No sorting tables, no hunting for the right monitor, no half-finished desks waiting on a missing box.
- Staged against your approved room plan
- Quantities verified before kits are wrapped
- Phased deliveries kept separate
Final-mile delivery and light placement
Delivery is a planned event, not a drop-off. We combine all your vendor shipments into one scheduled delivery, line up the truck and crew, plan the unloading order, and confirm your site is ready before we roll.
On site, equipment goes to its assigned rooms, desks, and work areas. Placement is physical only. We do not log in, set up, cable, or rack anything, so the technical work stays clearly with your IT team or vendor.
- One consolidated, scheduled delivery event
- Loading plan matched to the unloading sequence
- Light placement to rooms and workstations
Closeout documentation
The project ends with a record, not a question mark. We collect your delivery sign-off and, when included in your package, provide photos showing where everything landed.
Owner reps get a clean handoff record for the project file. IT directors get the green light to start setup. Operations leaders get one less open item the week the clinic opens.
- Delivery sign-off collected
- Photo or placement confirmation when included
- Exception documentation at delivery
Standard, Enhanced, and Enterprise
The right package depends on how much is shipping, how long it needs to be stored, how much sorting and paperwork you want, and how many sites or phases your project covers.
Standard
Smaller or lower-complexity projects with one consolidated delivery.
- Shipment receiving
- Basic inventory logging
- Short-term climate-controlled storage
- One scheduled final delivery
- Light physical placement
- Standard sign-off documentation
Enhanced
Mid-size clinics, multi-vendor shipments, and projects needing more documentation and staging.
- Detailed inventory records
- Receiving and condition photographs
- Extended storage window
- Room or workstation staging and kitting
- Scheduled delivery with light placement
- Photo proof and enhanced closeout
Enterprise
Larger, phased, multi-site, or operationally complex projects.
- Extended or phased receiving
- Larger shipment volumes
- Multi-phase staging and kitting
- Multiple scheduled deliveries
- Extended storage windows
- Dedicated project reporting
Tiers are flexible ranges, not strict item counts. We recommend a package after a short call. The call is $150, waived when your project is confirmed.
What we do not handle
SiteReadyIT is a physical logistics service. The following remain with your IT team, MSP, or approved vendor.
Technical work
- Software setup or application configuration
- User login or credential handling
- Device imaging
- Network configuration
- Server or network equipment configuration
- On-site vendor configuration
Installation, data, and consumer work
- Rack builds or rack installation
- Low-voltage cabling
- Structured cabling installation
- Handling of protected health information
- General household or consumer moving services
These boundaries are why project teams trust the handoff. Custody stays clean, technical risk stays with qualified technical teams, and there is never confusion about who does what.
