These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of sitereadyit.com (the "Site"), operated by SiteReadyIT Logistics LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About this site and our services

The Site provides general information about SiteReadyIT's healthcare IT equipment logistics services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or contract. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement and quote for each project.

Scope of services

SiteReadyIT manages the physical logistics of customer-owned IT equipment — receiving, documentation, storage, staging, delivery, and, at the Enterprise tier, optional physical placement and power-on documentation. We do not perform software setup, user login, device imaging, network configuration, low-voltage or structured cabling, or technical system configuration; those remain with the customer's IT team, MSP, or approved vendor.

Use of the site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) through the contact form.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo, and materials on the Site are owned by SiteReadyIT Logistics LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteReadyIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
